ABOUT / EMOTEBEATZ
Music drives
everything.
EMOTEBEATZ is where my music, studio workflow and software development meet. It started with instruments and beats — and grew into a long-running creative project built around sound.
I'm Roman Baumhackl, producer and developer from Germany. The work stays at the center: emotional instrumentals, ideas turned into sound, and tools that solve real problems from my own sessions.

FROM STRINGS TO SCREENS
Same passion.
Different tools.
Music was there before the software. Guitar, keys, melodies and the urge to build a mood came first. Beat production became the place where all of that could meet: harmony, rhythm, sound design and the freedom to shape the whole picture.
Over time the workflow itself became part of the creative process. When a tool was missing or something kept getting in the way, I started building my own. HatForge, GRAV, VOKYRA and Vocal Lab all grow out of that same idea: software should help the music happen, not interrupt it.
EMOTEBEATZ is independent by design. I don't want an anonymous content factory. I want a body of work that feels connected — from a melody, to a finished beat, to the tools used to make the next one.
THE WORKSPACE
Where beats and tools
share the same desk.
This is the current production environment: FL Studio, MIDI control, monitoring, recording and software development in one place. The setup changes — the purpose doesn't: get an idea into sound as directly as possible.
Music first.
The beat has to work before anything around it matters. Emotion, space and something an artist can actually write to come first.
Build what helps.
Software only earns a place when it solves a real workflow problem. The tools come from production, not from feature lists.
Keep it human.
The music is composed and produced by hand. Technology can support the process, but it doesn't replace the musical decisions.
